SHIPPING POLICY
- Orders placed on Friday after 4pm, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day.
- Orders for delivery within Canada will be shipped via Canada Post and is $12 CAD for next day delivery.
- International orders outside Canada will take 5-10 business days and will be sent via DHL or UPS depending on your location.
- Once order is shipped, tracking number will be sent to you via email.

RETURN POLICY
At Hair By Jules, we strive to ensure that our clients receives the right and accurate products they ordered. Due to the nature of our products, we only offer exchanges or store credits once we receive the returned items.
If you have any concerns once an order is placed, please contact us before your order is shipped.
- Ships out within 7-9 business days after placing your order.
- Returns will be accepted 3 days after the order is received. If you received your order and not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 3 days and email the return racking number to hairbyjulesltd@gmail.com
- A store credit or exchange voucher will be emailed back to you as soon as the returns are received.
- Orders must be returned in the same purchased condition to be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
